Lovely weekend lunch with some friends. Have been to all the Colourful Yunnan joints across Melbourne many times and they never disappoint. Consistently good across the board, and we always have a great time. On this occasion, really enjoyed the rice dish and the okra dish. Outstanding

The restaurant is very spacious, looks clean and modern. The background music is too loud to have conversations. The food has good quantity for the prices, not as delicious as other Yunnan restaurants in Melbourne. Staff are very friendly.

Our experience was pleasant. Our first choice was full, so we decided to try CY. Food was good, and presented very nicely. Ambience is spacious, with interesting artifacts on the walls, not your typical Chinese style, was a surprise. Service was prompt, but sadly without friendliness.

we had quite a number of dishes - spicy barramundi, truffle fried rice, salted egg york with tendons and wagyu mushroom. they’re all amazing but do note that the portion size is quite large so you might have to takeaway.

The food here was really, really good! We ordered heaps and definitely ate heaps – everything was delicious. It's also a nice place with a great atmosphere, making for a very enjoyable dining experience.
